Karen started her career in public accounting, where she spent over 25 years guiding clients through business, tax, and accounting decisions. She made the move in 2019 to get out from behind the desk and back into the small businesses that she is so passionate about helping. Her goal now is to help successful businesses stay that way by guiding them through the processes of starting and succeeding in business. Along with her co-host and daughter, they started a Payroll Vault (Outsourced payroll and HR services) franchise. She is also a partial owner in Marine Exhaust Systems of Alabama. She is the big personality in any room and says she is “having the best time of her life.” Karen prefers red wine.

CFO Consulting Services, Inc. is led by Karen Simmons who was a Certified Public Accountant for over 25 years and made the decision in 2019 to get out from behind the desk and back into the small businesses that she so passionately desires to guide through the processes of starting and succeeding in business. Your options are unlimited. You can work at your own pace through an online course, work in an instructor led capacity, have one-on-one instruction and consulting and even train to become an advisor.
